Rate of workout everybody have different rate but everybody do same workout. :- If you have less energy in your body than you can do only warm up and rest in whole day. ( I will give scale 4 from 10.) :- you have high energy its doesn't mean that you have to do workout long time. You do workout only 1 hour because 1 hour is enough for everybody. ( I will scale from 10 for high energy level people.) :- you have medium energy level than you can also do 1 hour workout but you have to sleep in a day for 2 hour after workout. In our society, rumers is very effective in our mind because we always think about which is better roti or rice in weight loss than i say you roti or rice both very essential and good for our health.  Roti or rice for weight loss Roti or rice is very essential for our body because roti have healthy carbs and after workout you need carbs but you don't have to use roti after a workout. Rice is very good for starch and high energy after a workout because we need energy after a workout. You need carbohydrates to maintain your muscle size than you take rice in your diet. Rice is easily digest than roti because rice is lighter than roti if you in hurry and you need a light source to eat than you eat rice. You know if you are runner rice is very good diet for your energy and i challenge you if you take rice after running in your diet. You can not feel less energy in your day. So guys its my opinion
