Strength workout   Strength workout for martial arts Strength is very important for martial arts because we need upper body strength for block puches and kicks and we need also lower body strength because we need to kicks in street fight. Strength workout routine You have to do perfect warm up before any workout Workout routine 1. Dips  5sets × 10reps 2. Pull ups 5sets×10reps 3. Air squats 5sets×10reps 4. Pushups 5sets×10reps Its my strength workout and you have to do every set until failure.
