Strength workout is very important in our health because strength is so important and we can do many hard work in our life than start it.
Strength workout version 2
It is my personal and reccomend to you that you can do it absolutely but you need to focus.
Workout
1.pseudo pushups
You can do this workout and absolutely it is variation of pushups and it is work all over your chest,shoulder, biceps, triceps.
5set ×10 reps
2.pull ups behind the neck
Pull ups behind the neck is very hard exercise for beginners and intermediate but it is very effective in your back,biceps,chest and shoulder.
5set × 6
3.single leg squats
It is very very hard exercise and i can do it but not in perfect way but you can do it by any support. It is very effective in lower body strength.

It is my strength workout version 2 and i know it is hard but maybe 3 week you spend with my strength workout version 1 but you have increase your level.
