You eat only fruits and green vegetables but those are fresh only. 3. You can do skipping. 4. Eat no crab or fat because you only sit in couch than you don't need large carb diet. 5. Stay happy and always smile in your house. 6. Sleep upto 7 hours. 7. Read a good books and teach anybody like your brother, sister or son,daughter.
