How to stay fit in pandemic situation
Stay fit in pandemic  situation  its very  hard but important  for us. Today i give you very easy but effective  exercises  to stay fit in pandemic situation. 

How to stay fit in pandemic situation 

1. You can standing  run in floor like you run  in park.

2. You eat only fruits  and green vegetables but those are fresh only.

3. You can do skipping. 

4. Eat no crab or fat because  you only  sit in couch than you don't  need large carb diet.

5. Stay happy  and always  smile  in your house.

6. Sleep upto 7 hours.

7. Read a good books and teach anybody  like your brother, sister or son,daughter. 

This is my tips  to stay happy  in this pandemic situation.  Stay safe and keep safe your family .
