  Rest day How to spend your rest day as a great day? You know rest day is very important in our life. If you feel some pain and very tightness in your muscle than you have to take a rest but point is we don't need to sleep whole day. I give you my personal advice to do in your life than you can enjoy all day in a week than lets start. You think rest day is sleep day but it is not because you sleep very much than you muscle mass is not effected but your mind and your body feel lazy.
