You know motivation is very important for to do workout. If you have enough motivation than you can also achieve your goal in fitness so i give you a clear tips for the motivation in your mind. Let's get start.

1. Choose a right music for your mind
You know music is very important for us but many people don't know and they select like " marjawa". You know that is very wrong for your mind. You don't focus on your workout and the biggest mistake is that you listen music on the workout. Its is also wrong because you listen song and than you use your phone also than you mind disturb or you can't focus on your workout.

2. Choose a fitness model which motivate you .
You fitness model is very important for your motivation because you know we start our workout thinking of other people but you have to choose right model for you. You choose always that model which is very easy to gain. You don't have to choose sergi Constantine. You choose sergi Constantine and than you can think about a month " it is very hard i can't i don't" its your excuse than choose right person to motivate you.
3. Don't do ego lifting and don't think about people
You know many people do workout with very high weight and you go in the gym and anywhere. You see that people and you also do that workout with high weight. You don't have to do that because it is break your heart and mind with the motivation. You have to choose right weight and motivate with this weight than you can also lift high weight.
Don't listen those people which appreciate you because you listen your appreciation than you think i am enough and your motivation is not enough. You follow those people whose always not appreciate you than you can do hardwork to take above those people.
