Physical strength is really important for mental alertness.
You listen from your parents that if you don't do exercise than you fatty and lazy person. You know this is very important reality in our life but it is also effect your mental alertness.
You experience also that you are not doing exercises in a day in your week than you see that you don't feel like good in that day and you sleep all day.
If you want to active and increase your alertness than you do exercise. You can do running and rope jumping And it is very good for you because not everyone do heavy exercise and money.
