Hey guys, today we talk about lower body strength workout for martial arts. You know lower body strength is very important for us because we need to many work from the lower body than lets start it.
Lower body strength workout
1.dumbel squat
3 times a week in your workout
5set × 10 reps
2. Glute bridge
3 set × 12 reps
3. Forward and reverse lunges
3 set × 12 reps
4.standing calf rising
