You know,in our daily life we do exercise all day and in Corona situation you know exactly what i want to say.
We do exercise and most of the people are good in very difficult exercise but we never focus on diet.
I know, Indian people's say that we drink milk and we eat chapati but its not enough you know.
I made a perfect diet plan.If you lose fat you need another diet and you gain weight you need another.everytime you don't take chapati because you don't gain enough strength.
I suggest you a normal diet that you could use in daily life after workout.

1.Milk


Milk is very essential because after workout you have to hidrate.you loss many water from body.

2.BANANA


Banana is very healthy because its maintain you weight and give you a very good energy .

3.PULSES


Pulses is very good because its maintain your muscle mass because pulses have large amount of protein.

So,guys its my normal diet for you because nobody have large amount of money than it is very cheap diet than thanks for see my post.
