Benefit of rest day.
Rest day is very important for us because it gives us very good relaxation on mind and our body to do right work with good form.

So you see topic and today is very goof topic for yoy because many people's did that mistake i will take you.
What is meant of rest day?
Rest day means you have to rest you muscle and mind. So many people do rest day very long or some people's doesn't take rest day.
Its very big mistake of you because rest day is very important for us. Rest day relax our muscle and increase immunity and strength of our body.
So now main question is that how much day you take rest day.
Your body need 2 days rest in a week and i recommend to you that you take rest at Thursday and Sunday because you do upper body strength workout before Thursday and you take rest and do last two day lower body and take rest.
I guarantee you that you have very impressive strength of upper and lower body.
