How to increase immunity naturally.
In our daily life you know also in Corona situation you have to increase your immunity.
We have serval things to do in our daily lofe to increase immunity.
1. Enough sleep
In our daily busy life we sleep late,we woke early. Its very bad for our body and mind.
If you want increase immunity than you have to sleep enough 7 to 8 hour and in my suggestion you have to sleep 7 to 8 hour.
2. Take enough supplement
You have to take enough supplement because you do work hard than you need supplement. Give in this series:-
- Vitamin C. According to a review in over 11,000 people, taking 1,000–2,000 mg of vitamin C per day reduced the duration of colds by 8% in adults and 14% in children. Yet, supplementing did not prevent the cold to begin with (
7 ). - Vitamin D. Vitamin D deficiency may increase your chances of getting sick, so supplementing may counteract this effect. Nonetheless, taking vitamin D when you already have adequate levels doesn’t seem to provide extra benefits (

34 ). - Garlic. A high quality, 12-week study in 146 people found that supplementing with garlic reduced the incidence of the common cold by about 30%. However, more research is needed.
3. Exercise
In my experience you have to do exercise.you don't need to do heavy exercise.you do light exercise and you want to be healthy than learn martial arts its its for you and i teach you full self defense. You don't need to take tension.
4. Hydrate
You need to take 7 to 8 glass of water because in summer season,sweat all over the body than you have to take water to increase hydration.
