Today we review on ip man 4: the final because it is very good and famous movie. Those learn martial arts and they love martial arts whose knows.

Ip man 4 is very good and i see full movie.
Main actor in this movie is donnie yen act as ip man and we talk about Scott adkins i have no word for this guys i previously talk about his.

Donnie yen comes back at the origin of birth place is china and he sees many things is changed because wing chung is forgot in history and he want to back again in china.

Scott adkins is act as sergent in this movie and they both do great work.
Many people do great work but these two people is main in this movie.

You see this movie and once you see it i promise you want to learn martial arts because the in this movie is very good and very gorgeous.

Don't  do more exercise  for only shoulder because it is only decrease  your gain. 2. Only focus on shoulder not anything. 3.
