1. 2mile running 
2. Warm up 

3. Dips 5set× 10reps
4. Pull ups 5sets × 10 reps
5. Air squats 5 sets × 15 reps
6. Pushups 5 sets × 20 reps

Cool down after workout

7. Rope skipping  10 minutes
8. Toes to bar 5sets× 10reps


Jason Statham workout is very cool workout routine and he is never goes to gym. He is only believe in busy with push ups and pull ups and many hard exercise with our bodyweight.

You can try this workout in you routine because it is very cool and i also do this routine.
