You know in this pandemic situation we don't eat non- vegetarian because we decrease our immunity but we have to eat plant based diet its healthy for our body and mind.
Plant based diet
You know , in this pandamic situation we have to increase our immunity and naturally fit so we have to go towards plant based diet.
1. Broccoli
Broccoli is very healthy for our mind and body because its increase healthy hormone in our body to increase our immunity and its very good for salad and its maintain bodyweight.
2. Beetroot
You have to eat beetroot of you have not any other vegetable but you have to eat beet its very important because its increase blood volume and increase happy hormone through our mind to increase very high immunity in our body.
3. Banana
I think thousands times i said to eat banana because it is used in weightloss and also weight gain because its maintain our bodyweight and gives lots of energy because
1 banana = 90 minutes energy to do workout
