What is active rest day?
Rest day is important for our body because we need to increase strength than we have to do rest day but active rest day important because it is increase your recovery rate.
Active rest day workout
Active rest workout is very essential for our body because you have to recover your body muscle to increase your amount of workout.
I give you my active rest day workout. If you take these workout at your active rest day than you increase your rate at recover your muscle.
1. Cycling 15 minutes
2. Rope jumping. 10 minutes
3. 10 pushups, 10 pull ups , 10 dips
4. Some dynamic stretch
Dynamic stretch article is coming soon because i need to give you right stretch with simple way.
So guys its my active day workout to recover my muscle. You have to do these workout than you see results.
