Upper body strength workout.
Upper body strength is very important because it helps in everyday workout and it helps in martial arts.
Upper body strength workout
1. Pushups 10 reps × 5 sets
2. Pull ups. 10 reps × 5 sets
3. Dips. 10 reps × 5 sets
4. Wall assisted handstand push-ups. 10 reps × 5 reps
5. Pull ups behind the neck. 10 reps × 5 sets
