Pre meal before workout is very important for us because all night we starv than we need pre meal.

Pre meal before workout is a essential in our muscle building because you can gain protein from pre meal and than you did your workout than you see you did very good in all workout.

Caution

Eat your pre meal before workout at least 2 hour before than a workout.

Meal ideas:- 

1. Egg whites

Pre workout meal

Egg whites is rich of protein. You don't have to eat York only eat protein because in pre workout you need only protein not carbs.

2. Milk

Pre workout meal

Milk is rich of vitamin and protein its very good for pre workout if you add it.

If you have many money than you eat 3rd meal but in middle class family we don't purchase this than it on you.

3. Oats

Pre workout meal
Oats very light and its easily digested. Its great source of protein if you eat it pre workout i guarantee you. You did great process in your goal.

    good information. From the article, I understand that the pre-meal has to eaten 2 hours before the workout in the morning. This has some practical difficulties. Most of us have to reach the office by 8.30 or by 9 am. Its 8.30 for me. So I leave my house at 7.30 and commute to work. My daily routine is I wake up at 5.30 am. work out time is 6 to 6.45 or 7 am. I have my breakfast at 7.15 and leave home at 7.30. 2 hours prior to work out means it is 4 am for me. if will not be practical for me.
    Now let us consider a person who has to reach office by 9 am and stays nearby, so that he has to leave home by 8.30 am. If he has to work out from 7 to 8 am, then he has to take his pre-meals at 5 am. Breakfast itself has to be consumed within 8o'clock in the morning; maximum 8.30 for a healthy lifestyle.
    If you could come up with an alternate to fit in for people who needs to adher to the office timings, it would be nice.

Sir i understand than you can workout at evening because most of them did not do workout at the morning than you fo workout evening it your solution and if you didn't do your workout at evening than you do only running workout ok. I write an article on a benefit of running workout you can see that article.
