Let's  start. Create  Home Workout Routine  1. Test your strength. 2. Don't  do exercise upto high amount of            time. 3. Start every workout  with low amount of         repetition. 4. If you want to increase your strength  than do repetition  under 5 to 6. 5. Do 4 exercise for 1 day. If you want to increase  muscle  mass with strength  than do my routine. how many liters of water should you drink a day? so, Today  we are talk about  how many liters of water should you drink a day. My name is Ayush Khokhar and I am martial arts speclist and cathelatics master. This is very important and very good question in health because we have to drink limited amount of water. You need to know your weight. 2.  (A) 11.5 (2.7 liters) a day for women.               (B) 15.5 (3.7 liters) a day for men. 3. Drink water during your workout because       it decrease your fat 2 times than anything. 4. Every  1 hour drink a glass of water. 5. Don't drink water before 30 minute and after 30 minute taking supplyments.
