Create  Home Workout Routine 

1. Test your strength.

2. Don't  do exercise upto high amount of            time.

3. Start every workout  with low amount of         repetition.

4. If you want to increase your strength  than do repetition  under 5 to 6.

5. Do 4 exercise for 1 day.

If you want to increase  muscle  mass with strength  than do my routine.
